Studio Rules & Policies
Be respectful of the studio space.
Use lighting and equipment for its intended purpose only.
You must include set-up, tear down and clean up time during your rental. Other photographers will be right behind you on the schedule, be courteous and have the area ready for them. Do not go over your scheduled session time.
Clean up after yourself and leave the studio how you would expect to find it. This includes taking garbage out, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and wiping down props and equipment as needed.
Absolutely no candles or fires in studio at anytime.
No glitter in the studio.
Absolutely no nails or pins in the walls or backdrops. You must use putty, command hooks or gentle tape if you need to hang items. You are 100% liable for any damages to the studio during your session.
Report any damages, repairs or maintenance needed immediately to management. If it is reported by the following person you may be held responsible for the damages.
Do not drag props and furniture across the floors. Pick them up and move them properly to avoid damaging the studio. Return all items to their original location when finished.
